Executive Committee Responsibilities
The executive committee of the PTA Council consists of the elected officers of the council.

Each member of the executive committee shall be a member of a local PTA unit.

Meetings shall be held at call of the president or a majority of the executive committee, with two (2) days notice.

A majority of the executive committee constitutes a quorum.
- The committee shall meet as soon as the officers have been duly elected, for the purpose of formulating tentative plans for their term of office, creating special committees and selecting chairmen of standing committees.
